Your rental rate includes a departure cleaning, all bed linens and towels. Beds are made. Starter soap and toilet tissue in each bath, paper towels and trash bags for the kitchen are also provided. When booking online through www.villagerealtyobx.com, the confirmation page will reflect a total due which will include rent, state and county taxes, a pet fee of $75.00 if applicable and a security deposit waiver. Trip insurance is an optional charge and will appear as a separate line item on the confirmation page and on the lease.
