Hurricane season is from June 1 to November 30. History proves that the Outer Banks has been more susceptible to hurricane storms in late August and September, with a decline in October. Not being directly on the beach should lessen the impact on Army Navy Clubhouse if a hurricane were to threaten the OBX during your stay. Of course, we recommend you listen to authorities and use your best judgment if a hurricane threatens.
